During the Anglo-Boer war the Davel family who lived on the farm, were captured and sent off to a concentration camp. Their son hid in the Bushman shelter and did engravings in stone to keep him busy. We will be able to share the story of the Davel family and their enduring times during the Anglo Boer War with you.
